This home was built in the 1980’s and is a beautiful cape cod set on a hill with some acreage. The original photos reveal the “washed out” look the exterior of the home had with the metal roof that needed repair. The customer wanted something both fresh and functional with a low-maintenance style upkeep. As you browse through the photos you can see various stages of work completed by Roy Construction, Inc. from the driveway renovation and addition of a retaining wall to add parking space to the complete T1-11 siding removal and addition of board and batten painted in a striking blue with cream offset on the gables. A traditional shingle roof and white gutters and trim really made the house color pop. The wood deck was wearing down and to meet the design dreams of the homeowner, we added rock veneer and rock column wraps around the posts with a metal railing system. The Trex decking and recessed deck lighting with wood ceiling finish gave the entire face of the house both front and back a brand new look that will last for years to come and truly add value to the property.
